Nancy L. Berger

Intake Coordinator

Nancy L. Berger is the intake coordinator at The Elder & Disability Advocacy Firm of Christine A. Alsop, LLC, and she joined the firm in October of 2023. As the intake coordinator, Nancy is the primary point of contact for the firm and is honored to put into practice her innate desire to help others in their time of need. She is our first contact with our valued clients who wish to meet with Christine. Knowing the issues that our clients may be facing or even fearing, and recognizing not every client is used to dealing with a lawyer, Nancy is exceptional at putting clients at ease and making sure the client understands the process. Nancy operates by the premise, nobody cares what you know, until they know that you care. Nancy has a gift of seamlessly pairing compassion and efficiency in all her interactions. This includes providing the keys ways the client can assist in making their meeting with Christine the most robust and informative. This includes not only helping clients understand what documents are important to bring, but explaining how those documents can assist in keeping the focus of the meeting on the issues at hand.

Nancy brings to the table years of paralegal experience in multiple small business and estate planning and administration law offices in Illinois and Missouri. She graduated from McKendree University in Lebanon, Illinois, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management.

Nancy and her husband are the proud parents of two adult children, and live in their quiet country home in Belleville, Illinois, with their rescue Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and aging Great Dane.
